Sprouted Legumes, made from whole organic legumes, are considered to be an essential part of a healthy, nourishing lifestyle. These raw, sprouted products provide beneficial nutrients with the flavorsome taste of whole organic legumes.
Usage: Substitute anywhere from 10% - 60% of the total flour, depending upon your recipe. Typically, for yeast-risen doughs, substitute no more than 10% - 20%; for flatbreads or baking soda-risen doughs (ie: cookies, quickbreads), you can substitute more. If unsure how much flour to substitute, begin at the lower end of the range, gradually increasing the ratio of Organic Garbanzo Bean Flour until you achieve your desired results.
